HIV/AIDS, food, nutrition and livelihood security

These programmes look at the area of nutrition in HIV/AIDS from both preventative and mitigating prespectives. It further seeks to address the issues surrounding traditional healing methods and the treatment of HIV/AIDS.

Information technology and food security

The Centre is currently involved in the use of ICTs in the collation of information on food insecurity across the globe and the use of the internet for debate and information exchange.

World trade policy reform

The centre aims to help influence agricultural and trade policy in a way that benefits both Majority world farmers and our farmers here at home.
